Everyone is welcome to attend. Please RSVP to by June 10th (We need a head count for ordering “lobsters”).

This meeting will provide an update on CVCT activities during the 23-24 season and will allow a vote for new Board members and bylaws changes. Four (4) seats are open for the 2024-2025 production cycle beginning in July. We will also be asking for a vote on a minor bylaw update at this meeting.

The CVCT Annual Membership Meeting includes an overview of the year, a Treasurer’s report for the year, and the election of candidates to serve on the Board of Directors as compelled by the approved bylaws. The term of office for a Director commences on July 1, and runs for two years. A candidate for the Board is required to be a paid member, in good standing, for their term of office, and must be over the age of 17. Election of Directors is by a simple majority vote of the members present (quorum of 10). CVCT members eligible to vote are those who have paid the required dues for the current fiscal year (July 23- June 24). Candidates receiving the most votes are elected in the order of their plurality.

The current CVCT Board of Directors consists of seven (7) members. The Board is responsible for ensuring the operational guidelines of a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt organization are followed. To maintain business continuity of the organization, the number of Director positions open for election is alternated. Each year, ending in an odd or even number identifies the number of seats on the Board that are open for election. This being 2024, there are four (4) Director positions that are open for election by the Members. The other three (3) Directors will continue to serve the remainder of their two-year term of office and are open for candidate elections in the next year. The new Board will elect the Directors to be Officers. The Officer positions are President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

A copy of the current CVCT bylaws will be available for review at the Annual Board Meeting.

Orchestra Audience

I thoroughly enjoyed the CVCT's Cabaret Series USO Salute To The Troops last weekend. Great singing and staging. I know that you were the Director, and the work and effort that you put into it showed 'brightly'! The audience on Friday night was 'totally entertained'! Lot's of Laughs!! Please keep up the good work.
